It was a good place to work with good management. You get a feeling of job security but advancement in the workplace rarely happens and raises are hard to get.

Cons: based on seniority, not merit
This was a nice place to work. Being part of the the union helped with benefits and pay. However, being part of the union made it difficult to keep a job. It wasn't based on merit, only seniority. The hardest part of the job was not having a good understanding of why I was doing the job duties I was doing, not being able to see the whole picture.

Pros: out by 2:30pm most days
Cons: long time to get hired on and bennefits
Most employees work as temps for over six months before being hired full time .compensation could be better for the amount of quality expected .though i have no complaints just believe the company could improve which would improve employee moral.
