Founded in 1967, Austin Travis County Integral Care (ATCIC) prides itself on providing quality, community-based services for Travis County residents with brain-based disorders. Community centers are government agencies that receive city, county and state funds. Community centers are also 501 (c) (3) non-profit organizations, generating income through inter-local service agreements with other government entities and the private sector.
