At first I was excited. The day I started I realized a lot had changed from the time I accepted the position until my start date 3 weeks later. My direct reports had changed, my scope of work had changed and they even moved my office to a small room in the hallway across from the copy machine. It continued to go down hill from there. Employees not qualified for my position made life tough.
