great company to work for......great staff and working enviroment
Supervisor/Shipping Clerk/ and Shop Stewart (Former Employee), North Bergen, NJ – July 2, 2014
a normal day at work at Tree of Life was a lot of fun just setting up the day...making sure everyone was assigned to their respected positions to begin the day......I learned that sometimes you have to cater to people differently because not everyone is the same and have different work habits......management was a plus.....great listeners and providers – more... of resources at the work place.....The hardest part of the job I would say was the beginning when you are first learning the in's and out's of a job but once you are comfortable and well knowledged on all that the job entails then you become most efficient to the job at hand and you see things faster, react quicker and then everything becomes fun and pleasing because you then become the teacher of others who seek knowledge and guidance on how to do their jobs efficiently and that I would say is the most enjoyable part of the job. – less
Great job for a starting point into a diffent industry

Pros: meeting people everyday
Cons: long hours with the same rate of pay (commission)
This was a big change from real estate to being a full service sales rep. Adjusted well and succeeded in sales. This job was an independant position that you needed to manage yourself. Needed to use good customer service skills and learn to get along with new store manangement daily.

Warehouse Worker (Former Employee), Weston Fl. – March 23, 2012
Pros: hourly pay rate
Cons: unfair work shifts, and work load
The establishment is a nice place but honestly this job wasn't for me. I didn't see myself being a warehouse worker for to long because i knew there was something better than that for me. But it was a nice establishment with nice co-workers.
Fast paced working environment with a good job security
Warehouse Associate (Former Employee), Surrey, BC – June 9, 2014
Pros: hours and pay
Cons: physical work
A typical day at work involved hand bombing trailers, skid breakdowns and putting French labels on products. I received in-house training to operate a single pallet electric jack. Management was professional and easy to learn from, my co-workers were more than willing to lend a hand when needed. The hardest part of the job was hand bombing trailers – more... in the summer heat. The most enjoyable part of the job was stable hours and a good pay. – less

Pros: getting a discount on stuff
Cons: a bad manager
team hudle in the morning to talk about what is needed to be done for the day and what needs to be done right away. Then after that we would go to our desk and start to pick our orders for the day. Some days would go by fast and quickly with no errors, other days would last very long and be very very stressful. After i we got all of orders done then – more... we would have to help out each of the co-workers. Our main goal is to pick all the customers orders and keep safe doing it and get it all done. – less
