Sales Rep (Former Employee), Albany, NYNovember 4, 2012
Pros: meeting people everyday
Cons: long hours with the same rate of pay (commission)
This was a big change from real estate to being a full service sales rep. Adjusted well and succeeded in sales. This job was an independant position that you needed to manage yourself. Needed to use good customer service skills and learn to get along with new store manangement daily.

MERCHANDISER (Former Employee), Orlando, FLAugust 21, 2012
Pros: paid meal
Cons: long drive
There will be 1.) urgent and important tasks, 2.) urgent but unimportant tasks, and 3.) non-urgent but important tasks. Tasks in category one need to be done first. Tasks in category two need to be addressed but should not overwhelm you. Make time in each day to address tasks in category three.

Cons: off-site departments impeded problem resolution.
I worked for Tree for 21 years before they were purchased by Kehe and my position moved to Florida. I started out as an hourly employee and was promoted to Purchasing Assistant, Customer Service Manager and then Account Support Manager.
I supervised a staff of 4 in the last position I had; supervised up to 24 as the Customer Service Manager.
I entered – more... and reported promotions and price changes to large chain grocery stores, working with account managers and customers. Planned budgets and payroll expenses. Responsible for all hiring and training.
I learned most aspects of distribution during my tenure. – less

Pros: hours and pay
Cons: physical work
A typical day at work involved hand bombing trailers, skid breakdowns and putting French labels on products.

After i we got all of orders done then – more... we would have to help out each of the co-workers. Our main goal is to pick all the customers orders and keep safe doing it and get it all done. – less
