Ent. Account Manager / Sales Specialist (Former Employee), Irving, TXFebruary 13, 2015
Pros: free instant coffee
Cons: management & culture
Don't expect much from upper management
Decent product solution
Great employees
Free coffee
Culture use to be more of a family vibe where everyone felt like they owned a piece of the company and took more pride in the company.
New Irving Sales director replaced a great VP of sales and in my opinion no where near the level of management and lack of an eye for true dedicated talent

Daily productivity at work place
Desktop Support Analyst (Former Employee), New York, NYDecember 9, 2014
A typical day at American Management Association would always start with the 9:30 meeting to go over the tickets and the days would be answering the help desk call and following thru with solving the user problems. Each day brought a new challenge and problems whether it was to fix a PC or to troubleshoot a Citrix VDI unit.

Company is going through some changes. Wonderful people who struggle to remember where they started as they continue to grow and stay relevant after 25 years.

great environment, everyone is friendly and helpful
Technical team analyst (Current Employee), Arlington, TXJuly 3, 2012
Pros: company activities, the environment, benefits, too many to name
Cons: working late nights on quarter ends.
Comfortable environment very friendly, room to grow and many things to learn. Great place to build skills and expand knowledge. Hardest part would be learning the products and what the differences are with each. Most enjoyable part it's bring able to learn multiple functions, constant change and challenges. I've learned so much I don't know where to begin.

Senior Staff Software Engineer (Former Employee), Cupertino, CAJune 30, 2012
Pros: stable
Cons: command of chinese language critical to highest level positions
Everything can depend on your group/manager, but there is a lot of support for getting out of the cubicle and supporting communities worldwide. Reasonable chance to visit other Trend Micro locations (especially Taiwan). They we you to show the colors and encourage your actions in the pursuit of this objective.

Customer Reference Manager Consultant (Former Employee), Cupertino, CAMarch 26, 2012
Pros: easy access to people around the world, loyal customers, not management heavy
Cons: competitive market, technolgy was slipping
Trend Micro was third in the security space which means it had to work hard to maintain its position in this competitive environment. They were a global company who was exploring ways to enhance customer relationships and support.
