Customer Specialist (Former Employee) – King of Prussia, PA – January 4, 2016
The management team has unrealistic expectations regarding real life and real time responses when on the phone with callers. They expect for employees to have no self regard and to forget about being treated with respect and dignity when it comes to servicing their members. The members are very rude for no reason and treat us employees like we aren't providing them assistance with their business.
training isn't thorough you learn as you go and get blamed for their mistakes
Productive and growing company! A Pleasant workplace!
