Managed a full spectrum of HR operations, systems and programs. Worked with the Managing Directors to create and implement HR policies and procedures; recruited employees, contractors and consultants; managed all personnel records; administered benefits enrollment and programs; and oversaw the creation and completion of Trexin’s employee handbook. Played a key role in ensuring the successful launch of Trexin’s Recruiting/HR database. Organized company-wide outings or meetings that increased employee satisfaction and productivity. Reworked new-hire orientation program to include HR information and company resources. Saved company money by reducing reliance on employment agencies. Resolved employee relation issues, payroll issues, and benefits issues. Oversaw and processed payroll twice a month. Conducted I-9 audit. Coordinated with Trexin’s HR lawyer to ensure 100% compliance in every aspect of HR.
