New and Hectic
AppleCare Advisor (Former Employee), Hampton, VA – May 29, 2013
Pros: free lunches, raffles
Cons: messy company
This was a very new project that trg decided to take on. It was very messy and not put together. They could have provided better training and more hands on examples of the products we were servicing. We were basically on the phone giving advice we never tried ourselves. I went out and purchased an iPhone just to get familiar with oour products.

answer phone calls for customers calling in about their bills, accounts and setting up new services.

There is no such thing as a retirement party at TRG
Team Manager (Former Employee), Bend, OR – December 21, 2012
Pros: the bar is set low and it is not difficult to get hired. felons, drug users and former drug users are not necessarily screened out.
Cons: the bar is set pretty low and anyone who can fog a mirror (the living) will be hired.
Actually, the retirement party happens one of two ways: you are summoned to HR where you are dismissed or you quit. It is what it is. This is not a place where you go to have a career for 25 years and then retire. It is a place to learn systems and then take what you learned to your next opportunity.

A good experience but some very long hours
Tire Tech & Race Mechanic (Former Employee), Petaluma, CA – December 18, 2012
Pros: got to see some places i'd never been to
Cons: very long days, short notice for travel
I learned a lot about the racing business here, both good and bad. This was a very large team, which led to some breakdowns in communication and use of resources at times, but also learned a lot about how a group of dedicated people can accomplish the impossible if they work together.

Hard to take care of my customers when I'm limited on time. Did not care much for the way you were expected to fix a problem in under 10 minutes.

Productive team fun environment.
Sales Rep (Former Employee), Oil City, PA – October 1, 2012
Pros: sales bonus structure.
Cons: short breaks, no health care.
Logged in and ready to take calls at 8:00am. Co workers were great to work with. focused on team work and competative sales, fun. Hardest part of the job is hard to say have done this for along time. For some its dealing with the stress of un happy customers. This kind of work isn't for everyone but im good at it. Most enjoyable part of day was making – more... bonus from sales. – less
