Productive and fun workplace with unique co-workers
Customer Service Associate (Former Employee), Oil City, PADecember 11, 2014
Pros: hour lunch break, bonuses, and learning experience
Cons: sitting all day
A typical day at work at this company was helping customers understand their bill, upgrading existing customers services, and starting up services for new customers. I have learned customer service skills, data entire skills, and sales skills. Management was always there to help when you needed it. My co-works would also help if they were not on a call themselves. One of my friends worked there at the same time as me and she taught me what I needed to know before I got to training. The hardest part of my job was calming the customers down when they had a charge on their bill for something that they didn't do. The most enjoyable part of my job was learning how to run the different systems needed to check all parts of the bill.

Customer Service Representative (Current Employee), Beckley, WVAugust 16, 2014
A typical day is spent talking on phones and handling customer needs. I learned how to interact with people better. The management does not seem to fully value their employees. Co-workers are a joy to work with. The hardest part of the job is dealing with angry customers, but you learn how to make it work. The most enjoyable part is being close with your co-workers and being able to help others daily.

My typical day at TRG would involve sales and motivational talks from management. But it was also a fun environment where the company allowed individuals to express themselves.

TECH SUPPORT (Former Employee), Spring Hill, TNNovember 18, 2013
Pros: child care discount, cafe on site. alot of shifts
Cons: management, communication, hard to get vacation time approved
the management is always changing and hard to really get noticed because new people always coming and going. The work is really not that hard even though the customer can be hard to work with or get easily frustrated. Alot of job shifts available and they offer day care so not a bad job. Also have a cafe on site so really nice for lunch

Technical Support Representative Tier I/II (Former Employee), Bend, OROctober 14, 2013
If you do not have a predictable schedule with family, then perhaps TRG is the place for you. Great support, but if you need a more predictable, stable schedule then TRG will be hard to work with.
