A company that had real potential with their current production and work staff. Sales staff and outside reps were great. However, their quality staff was mis-managed and not keep current with FDA requirements (testing and procedures). the owners were penny wise and dollar foolish, often over micro managing. This would be the demise of a 92 M dollar
