Terrible Benefit, No work/life balance
IT Systems Analyst (Former Employee) –  NJJune 25, 2016
For the most part, coworkers are all laid back, and friendly. Everyone's pretty nice. However, work/life balance is non-existent. Constant work at nights from home. Constantly working weekends. Benefits are terrible. No vacation for first year. Only one week vacation thereafter. No sick days. Insurance is pretty awful as well. As far as benefits are concerned, this is the worst I have ever experienced.
Pros
Co-workers are nice to work with
Cons
Terrible benefits, No vacation time, no sick pay, no work/life balance

material handler (Current Employee) –  Randolph, MAJanuary 8, 2016
My coworkers are awesome. I learned how to get a job and I have no management experience. The most enjoyable part of the job is going
to internships and jobs. My typical at Triangle is working really hard.

Can be a fun place to work
Residential Assistant Program Manager (Current Employee) –  Malden, MAMarch 21, 2013
Triangle is a non-profit company made up of many dedicated and supportive employees. All of their services and programs are devoted to improving the lives of people with disabilities and show them that they are people with abilities. The hardest part about working at Triangle is that it feels like their funding flows for upper management and slowly makes it down to those who work the hardest. The most enjoyable part of working at Triange is working side by side with co-workers who make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities.
Pros
they offer a comparable benefits package and generous ppl
Cons
employees are considered a liability and not an asset.
