Trident Marketing is one of Moore County North Carolina's largest employers with over 300 associates, most of whom are located in its Southern Pines headquarters. The foundation of the company is Travel Resorts of America (TRA) which was established in 1986. TRA has over 7,000 members within an affiliated nationwide network of RV resorts, and operates – more... two private RV resorts, one in Jackson Springs, NC and another in Gettysburg, PA.
Trident Marketing utilized it expertise in effective call management, sales and customer service to start Direct Sat TV (DST) to create the largest successful call center in the Southeast. DST is an authorized reseller of DIRECTV products and services that caters to consumers across the entire United States. DST has become one of DIRECTV's fastest growing independent dealers and was recently named DIRECTV Dealer of the Year 2007.
