The finance team is adapting and making some great improvements in reporting structure and month-end. That said, there is a lot of bureaucracy that makes it difficult to make changes unless it is a department-wide initiative lead by upper management. Even when there is, progress can be stalled waiting for multiple levels of approvals. In the finance department it is common for a direct supervisor to only have 1-3 people reporting to them.

Check your Position on schedule. REsume to your position and rotate every 1/2 hour. Co-workers are there to work togather as a team and train you if need be. Hardest part is to talk to someone to where hopefully they would understand your point or question. Enjoyable is to work with people that are able to work as a team player.
