Corporate micromanagement beyond comprehension. Significantly inadequate support staff in number and inadequate training of what little was there. A ridiculous amount of meetings, micromanaged schedule and even clinical decisions. Unrealistic target goals for QA measures. Corporate goals main focus instead of good individualized patient care. Forced to cater to demanding, drug seeking, rude, non/compliant patients.
