A Great Place To Work
Marketing (Current Employee), Tyler, TXJune 17, 2014
Pros: good pay and benefits: 401, insurance, pto, etc., good work/life balance
Cons: n/a
We have great flexibility to develop branding and messaging for the hospital with great support from administrators and executives.

Leadership is very supportive of our team and it's goals. Staff is always helpful in our marketing efforts.

As with most companies, we could always stand to have more personnel to accomplish some jobs that are asked of us, but we always manage to get the jobs done with great success.

Director of Operations (Current Employee), Tyler, TexasSeptember 26, 2012
Pros: wonderful faith-based environment
Management is good, supportive. The most enjoyable part of my job is customer service resolution. I really enjoy having a very unhappy customer and being able to turn a difficult situation around and ensure that the customer is satisfied. The hardest part of the job is the drive to and from. Working with physicians is also one of my favorite aspects.
