Trinity Services Group is an industry pioneer in the management and delivery of customized food and commissary services to correctional facilities on a national level. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our sales team located at our corporate office in Oldsmar, FL.

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative, sales and marketing support, as well as CRM administration to the VP of Sales and Marketing and the field sales team.

Essential Job Functions

  • Ability to assist the sales and marketing team in pre- and post-sale activities to include customer relationship management (CRM) system management, lead generation activities, collateral (marketing material) inventory and distribution and general marketing support
  • Mine and analyze Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data
  • Administrating and management of Sales Tracking and Measurement tools
  • Support Trade Show efforts

Skill Requirements

  • Experience using and developing reports with a CRM is required ( is preferred)
  • Ability to provide outstanding, high-quality professional customer service
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and work independently


  • Bachelor or Associate degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe
  • At least three (3) years sales/marketing support experience
  • Prior experience working with or in a sales/marketing function
