Independant Contractor LG
Dedicated LG Rep (Former Employee) –  Phoenix, AZNovember 6, 2014
I handled the day to day clerical operations of this third party logistics firm. I am also the Dedicated Rep for LG. I also have a year experience of dispatching shipments to various carriers, invoicing, weekly reports for our major vendors, as well as updating the FSC on a weekly basis. AR/AP as well.

Trinity Transportation a good place to work?
Yes and No!
Little to no training is being offered. A job can't be done right, if your not trained right.
Some of my coworkers were the most friendliest people, that made getting accustomed to things a bit easier. I enjoyed working around a very diverse group of people.
Dispatcher's well, some were great and the attitude of other's very bad.
Supervision and Management, so so, especially when it comes to communication.
You do get a chance to go and see places you may not have had a chance to see.
You will have a chance to meet people from different backgrounds and every aspect of life.
Network, Network, Network!
When there's work your busy and when it's slow, It's Slow!
Pros
judge for yourself
Cons
sometimes it seems everyone isn't on the same page

driver (Former Employee) –  wyandotte, michiganDecember 26, 2013
If your a driver..you have to drive drug addicts to the drug clinic to the worst part of Detroit..pick up hookers and drunks..you work commission, so if you have no calls for pick ups you do not get paid...what is that..you work 6 days a week at 12 hr's. a day...so you basically no life...good luck if you choose to work here..
Cons
everything

I would say my job is an interesting place to work. I not only learn from my co-workers but from the children as well. And how to be a better leader
Bus Aide (Current Employee) –  Grosse Pointe, MIJanuary 14, 2013
I look forward to going to work everyday. A typical day at work for me is having fun with the Children. I have learned patience, which I think is a very important thing. the management is great. I have nothing bad to say. My co-workers are the BEST. Really there is no hard part of my job because my co-workers, Boss, and myself make it easy as possible. The most enjoyable part of my job is when the children get out of school and they cant wait to tell me how their day was

Shabby company to work for. Family oriented and made co. Management really cares little about taxi drivers and the little people. No job security.
Pros

Cons
no time n half for overtime hrs., holiday pay, bonuses or raises for the little people.
