Cons: work hours, management style, treatment of students
When I worked here people were frequently fired and left in droves. There isnt a work life balance, employees are often treated badly especially if they get sick. The President of this small university heavily micromanages every department. I watched Deans, Registrars and Program Directors get fired on the spot. The reason why job postings are so frequent – more... at this company is because people leave all the time. The things they do are unethical. Only apply here if you want to be stressed out all the time. – less
