Sick days - up to 5 sick days per year and they are up to the discretion of the hiring manager (some managers don't pay time off in the initial 6 months). Sick leave - they follow the typical 12 week FMLA guidelines and also have a short term 6 week leave if you haven't been there long enough to be covered by FMLA.
