So much potential with such poor management

The CEO regularly berates people, calls them names, many times immediately following a statement about how the company has too much turn over and that the culture needs to change. "A+B=C" Attitude + Behavior = Culture. This is a new motto they start to say, but there are no actions defined. There is nothing concrete about making a cultural change. The CEO is loyal to a few that have come through the ranks with him. Unfortunately, as talented as they might be, the only management training they received was from him, and therefore they treat people deplorably as well.
What a shame.
