You'll never get a decent raise so aim high if you are given a job offer. They'll probably go along with whatever you want but after that, you'll not get very far. Don't work there. Period.

Troon's benefit package is horrible. I am a salaried worker on the East Coast and I have to work half a day on the actual day in order to receive holiday pay. Yet, they take advantage of salaried employees, i.e. I work over 50 hours a week! HR department in Arizona is horrible. You are not able to speak with anyone..always voicemail. Health insurance is very expensive. This company only cares about the bottom dollar, not their employees. Stay clear of Troon Golf!
