Get rid of the CEO. He has no clue how to run a business. Managers are not allowed to manage. Everything must go through the CEO. Stay away!!!!
Get a bigger building, there is not enough space and it is a safety hazard atht the plant.
Fire leads they feel way superior to the employees. Teach them English atleast.
