Lots of time off, flexible, smart managers. The firm itself has a good name and on the surface cares about its employees. The firm was the last to have layoffs during the economic downfall, because they wanted to ride it out as much as possible. I think the big overall picture is the firm as a whole has the best intentions, however, each office has to run its own course.
care about employees, good family friendly work environment.
no salary increases, bonus for the last three years...
A fabulous firm that I felt good about; great coworkers and fulfilling work

Troutman Sanders has a strong belief in the effective representation of its clients. The company is deeply committed to transparency and hires staff and attorneys that carry the same commitment. Hardest part of the job was leaving for home every day because I really did love the work I did. Most enjoyable was the challenges I was given, and the fact that I was given much room for advancement and skill-building.
Workplace enjoyment, team culture and commitment to success.
