Program Coordinator (Former Employee) – Pasadena, TX – September 30, 2016
The turnover at the company was incredible high and the hours were long-10-12 hours. This was due primarily to poor management and little opportunity for advancement. All clinicians were on salary and no overtime was paid.

Lease Manager (Former Employee) – El Paso, TX – July 29, 2016
A typical day at work would be greeting customers and trying to sale products. Meeting a daily quota and being compesated at the end of the month for the quotas that was required to be reached. Management was kind and tried their hardest to work with you when needing to request days. The hardest part of my job was working 12 hour shifts daily and making sure revenue was met. Te mos=t enjoyable part of my job was the great people that I met and worked for.
Control Systems Engineer (Former Employee) – Houston, TX – September 3, 2015
Great company overall. Good compensation rates, would let you work on a flexible schedule. It would have been great if there was a career development group that could have offered some well needed engineering skill set that I wanted. I was instead given a largely reporting job for enumerating all the instruments and its related equipment from weight control management.
Great work environment. No OT required however it was noticed and management was grateful. Compensation was fair but benefits were lacking in many areas. Zero job security was the biggest downfall. Management was personable, and easy to talk to. Culture was by far the strongest selling point for this company.
