Utilizing a client centric sales approach, the sales representative will work closely with organizations of various sizes and industries to assist them in meeting the every changing business demands of their industry and our economy.

Successful sales representative will generate significant sales growth by establishing successful relationships with prospective clients, effectively managing the sales process and assisting the prospective client in achieving their goals and objectives. The successful candidate will be well trained to sell TruPay's suite of solutions including Payroll Services, HR Technology and Time and Attendance to targeted accounts within a protected territory.

This independent sales opportunity is 100% commission with high first year commissions and ongoing residuals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Successful completion of TruPays Certification Program.
Prospect and identify target accounts that fit TruPays new client criteria.
Initiate and follow-up with prospective clients to sell or resolve problems, answer questions and provide correspondence.
Contacts prospective customers to sell and explain coverage gaps, account rounding and solicitation of new business within market area.
Prepares and presents proposals, quotes and recommends solutions based on customer needs.
Communicates with internal TruPay staff for assistance with new account management and onboarding.
Performs in a manner that will prevent errors and omissions.
Provides updates within TruPay CRM and communicates with Regional Sales Director.
Attends sales seminars, sales meetings or educational activities to stay up-to-date on the latest developments, trends, regulations in the market place.
Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):

Bachelors degree preferred.
Previous sales experience of a minimum 2 years business to business sales.
Experience as an independent contractor preferred.
Demonstrated prospecting skills.
Excellent selling and rapport building skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
Dependable transportation and valid drivers license.
Good credit history.
Suitable space for home office.
Access to computer and internet.
Successful completion of Cognitive Aptitude Test
Successful completion of Sales Predictor Test
