Friendly fun work place. Family oriented
Driver Services (Current Employee) –  Independence, MODecember 23, 2015
A typical work day is relaxed but productive. Everyone gets a long. The whole office is very family oriented and is treated as such. The hardest part of the day is the morning time. That is when most of the work is being caught up from over night problems drivers have had.
Pros
Fun relaxed
Cons
No room for advancement

Manager (Current Employee) –  Independence, MOAugust 15, 2015
The hardest parts of the job entail: weather, multiple damage claims charged back to drivers...

Managers are either seasoned or rookies, but all in all you make your mark and you will receive great respect and consideration.
Pros
Many
Cons

Independent Contractor (Current Employee) –  Dallas, TXJanuary 21, 2015
Good for right now money.. You get to travel many places but you better have a tow vehicle or you pay for travels back home which makes most runs not worth it. There dispatch is going to make you mad 80% of the time. The hardest part of the job is finding a good run with out any BS involved. The Pros is that your, your own BOSS..
Pros
Right now money, and you're, your own Boss.
Cons
pay, the dispatch will make you mad 80% of the time.

Independant Contractor/ Truck delivery (Former Employee) –  Independence, MOAugust 16, 2013
This type of job is what you make it, however you have to be ready to be gone for long periods of time, take buses and cabs to pick up equipment, or provide your own tow vehicle. It costs a great deal of money as you pay for everything, so always be aware of costs when you accept the next vehicle to pick up. I did enjoy the travel all over the country.
Pros
Travel
Cons
pay, bus schedules

Driver Manager (Former Employee) –  Independence, MOAugust 8, 2013
I enjoyed the people I worked with. The drivers were mostly grateful for the work you did for them. There was not a lot of room for advancement unless you were a male.
Pros
Great perks like they would buy lunches, take you to royals games, etc. Awesome people to work with.
Cons
Low pay.
