This was one of, if not the most, in depth interviewing processes that I have been a part of. They dive deep into who you are as person, what skill sets you possess, your willingness to travel and for continued personal development. They are very upfront about the challenges of the position, but also hit on the tremendous opportunity that comes with it as well. If you are confident in yourself & abilities and are able to convey that in a clear & concise manner when answering/asking questions, you should do well.
The training process was very impressive. It encompassed the entire payment processing industry, how TPS fits in, products and services they offer, sales training and much much more! It is a business professional environment, but is also very friendly and upbeat as well.
