Cashier and Customer Service (Former Employee) – Berea, OH – October 3, 2016
A typical workday at true north was stocking the floors and making sure the place was clean. I learned how to work on my customer service skills. The management is nice and willing to work with you to make your job easier.
Cashier (Former Employee) – Parma, Ohio – September 4, 2014
I learned how to use an old style P.O.S system. A typical day at work included coming in early so that my coworker could do paper work and count cigarettes and I would count beginning cigarettes while running cash register and doing/counting lottery. Then I would be alone from around 3:30 pm to 10:30 pm and I would run register, clean, front and face counters, and stock whatever I could in the back. Management and my coworkers alike were friendly but slightly unprofessional (I was advised not to sell any promotional cigarettes to customers if they were the type a coworker or my manager smoked). The hardest part of the job was running register alone without the guarantee of a break. My favorite part is being able to listen to music while stocking. I am very good at stocking and dealing with customers.
District Manager (Former Employee) – Brecksville – February 6, 2014

Customer relations were excellent, and willing to grow their businesses and open to suggestions. Most were first generation Americans. Educated by customers; as well as, trained them constantly with changes in the gasoline industry. Willing to go far beyond truenorth's requirements.
C.S.R (Current Employee) – Columbus, OH – August 13, 2013
This is a fun job but I feel it is more for people who don't have a lot of responsibility. I get paid enough for my needs and that's it. I have broken glasses right now so now I have to deal with it because I had to pay rent. I had to ask family for help to fix my car and have had to borrow money for other nesesities. its a fun place, its mainly cleaning and customer care
Seeing regular custogetting in a routinemers, small groups of emplees more like a family
doesnt pay enough, could get robbed, same thing everyday
