I started working there 2 months ago and from day one I was in love... Its fast paced, exciting and everyday is new.. They only thing typical about day to day is the lack of communication between CSR managers and their staff... Otherwise, its a new experience everyday... Learning is constant. At the Little Rock location you have a hand full of employees that have worked this field going on 20-30 years and hearing their stories and experiences was another reason that made me excited to go to work.. Even the ones that weren't as knowledge had a thirst for learning and a drive for success.. Unfortunately, not always were they praised for the jobs well done... Hardest part of working there was that you never knew if the managers liked you that day or not... They had a severe case of Favoritism which made it hard to progress when working under the "dream team" or "star performers." When I first began working here, I was on that team and got to work closely with the management which gave promise for advancing in my skills... When an employee left and my schedule was changed I then realized how hard the position was without management present... (Recap; I had only worked there so far 2 months)... A day came that that fast paced day went into overdrive .. I was left alone at the desk to my own devices and all previous co-workers and managers left without pass-downs or giving me the proper communications... Unfortunately, that was my first and only bad day there... When I next went into work the manager gave me the "You arent the right fit" speech and took my badge.... Saddest day ever... I loved my job, the people I worked with and even her (thats with her moods and poor judgement calls..).
