Good people to work with. Muddled management. No accountability - afraid to speak up and do what is right. Employees suffer. Too busy worrying about minor expenses to worry about broad direction of the company. Too many detail oriented people and not enough visionaries/strategists.

Good flexible days - decent line supervisors - too much work for the – more...  people they have there - really getting everyone down.

On the whole working here hasn't been too bad. We have a 37.5 hour work week, generous vacation and sick time, and a mostly laid back atmosphere. I do find fault with some recent developments, i.e. the change in the attendance policy so that anyone who has 6 occurrences of unscheduled absences gets written up and can be fired if more occur. Not unreasonable, – more...  but what is unreasonable is counting back 365 days versus wiping the slate clean at the end of year, making missing even a measly 30 minutes of the work day an occurrence and rolling out this change in April. Not a lot of happy people here. In addition, there are some departments that have a glut of workers that can't find work to do while other departments are floundering in the all the work they have because the department doesn't have enough workers. – less
