Pros: colleagues, meaningful work, good sense of accomplishment, great pay
Cons: oss, long hours
26 Mile / OSS is horrible... rude and a lot of deceit by employees and Management. Stay away! Other divisions are great.

Steering Column Assembler (Former Employee), Lafayette, IN – May 2, 2013
Pros: good pay
Cons: work work work
First off, for the most part you will work 19 days straight and 2 days off. So if you enjoy not doing anything with your family for a month by all means have at it. When I was working there I went 2 months on 12 hour shifts, so 19 days of 12 hours until I got 2 days off before I started all over again. Good money follows though, the 19 days actually – more... go by quickly after awhile of doing it. – less

Pros: trw selected me to key the results for robert kennedy.
Cons: i was keying results for robert kennedy when he was assasinated in downtown los angeles.
This company trained me to key data entry. I was involved with secret data and felt proud to deliver what was asked of me. They would have me key in a glass booth, which had top secret signs posted. I felt very important. It was a very satisfying place to work.
