This small business works together to solve problems and team members are efficiency focused to develop processes and policies to get the job done and have their CMMI Level III for SVC rating. They invest in their resources and technologies to support new lines of business and opportunities, recognize outstanding achievement with "SPOT" awards and have a competitive compensation and bonus plans in place.
Best takeaway is that the COO gives employees the opportunity to prove themselves in leadership roles and provides hands on mentoring and feedback. I've be able to learn a lot from my time here.
