TTM Technologies, Inc. is a provider of time-critical and technologically complex printed circuit boards (PCBs) and backplane assemblies, which serve as the foundation of electronic products. The Company serves commercial and aerospace/defense markets, including the networking/communications infrastructure, high-end computing, defense and industrial/medical – more... markets. Its customers include both original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), electronic manufacturing services (EMS) providers and aerospace/defense companies. As of December 31, 2008, the Company operated a total of 11 facilities, 10 of which are located in the United States and one of which is located in Shanghai, China. The Company manufactures PCBs and backplane assemblies that satisfy all stages of an electronic product’s life cycle, from prototype to volume production.
