Job duties include, but are not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable inclulding invoicing, job costing, records maintenance and answering phones. Must be detail-oriented in a fast-paced multi-company atmosphere. Two years of job cost experience required. Experience with Quickbooks is a must. QB experience must include inventory experience. Experience in Timberline preferred. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background screening.
