Fun place to work lots of multi tasking and one on one with the customers.
Part-time Sales Associate (Former Employee), Waite Park, MN –
Pros: discounts for employees
Cons: short ten minute breaks instead of fifteen
A typical day at Tuesday Morning is helping customers and using fast and helpful personalized friendly professional service. Greeting the customer and being helpful in ideas and direction to new and intriguing items. I learned that people still appreciate the friendly outgoingness of a sales associate. Management was ok. My coworkers were why work was – more...  fun and productive. The hardest part of the job was multi taking many things at one time but was never a problem when treating people with respect they don't have a problem. The most enjoyable part of working at Tuesday Morning was the discount and seeing regular customers come back. I love the one on one and the fast pace. I try to show that sales associates are really kind and willing to go out of their way for a customer. We can make a difference and make customers want to come back which increases profits to the company.Work can be fun and enjoyable for all together individually and as a team member. .. – less

Cons: no chance of full time
There is no realistic chance at gaining full time status. Head management leaves something to be desired.

A place to work if you don't need the money.
Temporary key holder (Former Employee), Hamburg, NY –
Pros: store discount
Cons: low wages, very small, if any, pay raises.
Tuesday Morning is a closeout retail store, which, in my opinion, has had a drop in merchandise quality over the past few years. Employees are treated like thieves. As management changes, each new corporate hire wants to fix things that are not broken. Managers do not last too long because they are asked to work very long, unreasonable hours.

Not a good place to work
Store Associate (Former Employee), Montclair CA –
Pros: 20% discount
Cons: bad hours, short breaks, only get a lunch if you work 6 hours or more.
The worst job i ever had. The management is terrible very unprofessional. There were times where he would change the schedule and not notify the employees. And the hours were only 3 a day 2 days a week my checks were about 50.00 a week after taxes dont apply there you would only be wasting your time.

Key Holder (Former Employee), Richardson, TX –
Pros: it's good for the experience.
Cons: have to be flexible with them, no vacation time off, no benefits, not really good raises.
I loved working there for the time being, but I couldn't really grow in the company with the proper raise. It's a hard working job if you like to stay on your toes.
