My typical day supposed to began at 9:15 pm, but most of the time started later. I learned a great deal about how medications are classified and the importance of accuracy. My only thing that I wasn't very happy with was the support received from my management when it came down to resolving problems with other facility employees. You try to do your job as you are trained and because the facility employees don't want to do their job, you become a target. When you explain to your management your side of what happened, they don't listen or act upon what you have to say. So I feel with better management that will support their employees more, this will make this place even better.
