Director, (Current Employee), Imo StateJuly 10, 2014
Pros: free lunch and commissions are made available daily
Cons: daily break period of one hour, free medical treatments, causual and annual leaves.
A company that has succeeded in achieving so much within a cosiderably short period is indeed going somewhere to happen in a very short while! The Company has tremenduous propensity towards success. This is very certain.

Excellent Part-time job
Clinician II (Current Employee), Paterson, NJJuly 7, 2014
Pros: client interaction
Cons: long weekend hours
Complete client treatent assessments, engage with clients. Co-workers are very friendly and helpful. The most enjoyable part of the job is interacting with the clients. The most undesirable part, of the job, is the having to be there at 8am on a Saturday and Sunday; it slightly interferes with social activities.

Assitant and lifting 200 lbs or more a long distance
Assitant (Former Employee), Davis, CAJune 2, 2014
Pros: the ability to work and help other people
Cons: i would rather have an item to help me move those heavy boxes
Lifting up to 200 lbs for at least 20 feet. Packing and moving people out of the old and into the new. Landscaping and gardening. Traveling to the work site with my boss. I learned that there is always a way to make a customer smile. My manager was excellent. I had a couple of co-workers. I learned from them that it is not okay to be late or disrespect – more... your boss. The hardest part was the moving of those 200 lb boxes. The most enjoyable part was that I helped improve someone else's living situation – less

consumer services
Project Coordinator/Case Manager (Former Employee), Brooklyn, NYApril 18, 2014
Pros: rewarding experience
Cons: moments that you have to work without a paycheck.
This is a non profit organization that services the community with a myriad of services that which allows for the possibility of improving the well being of the individual it services. The hardest part of the job was watching the consumers physical condition deteriorate because of drug habits and other physical ailments.

the worst job I have had in my life.
support worker (Former Employee), not givenFebruary 25, 2014
Pros: the individuals are wonderful
Cons: pretty much every other aspect.
I started work at turning point thinking that it would be a brilliant opportunity to help make people's lives better. what I found however was abuse of staff and no job security because if you disagree with management they will bully staff into leaving or create accusations of neglect in order to get rid of you. I handed in my notice before this could – more... happen to me. I feel sorry for the people in my service because there has been no consistency in staff for over 12 years. I have become depressed since working here, I spend my days of counting down the time until I have to go back and dreading it. I have no life anymore because I do so many sleep-ins that it's a treat to sleep in my own bed and I'm too tired and miserable to spend time with friends or family. never work for this company, it's the biggest mistake I have ever made. – less
