A company brand that quickly killed itself

There was a time when things were good sometime around 2012. But after that, things changed too fast. The company culture plummeted to its death. The product quality deteriorated and work/life balance became unstable. The management doesn't care about the situation because they are in CA. The NY office is the back end of the business where no one cares to address the situation. They hire individuals who are not experienced enough and let them run the show. Meanwhile the good hard working people are let go. Makes no sense!!
