Operations Manager, New York, NY - September 29, 2015
Great work culture. Small team is very intimate and is basically a second family that's great to work with. Workload can be hectic sometimes. People are expected to step up and work on certain things outside of their job titles, which is both a pro and a con. Pro being you get exposure to new things and find out what you really like doing, con being sometimes you get stuck doing things you don't really like. Overall, a good chance to learn a lot of new things and grow. Great potential for advancement if you step up and show that you can perform and really want it. Flexible work schedule - you're expected to be working during office hours but it's okay to work at home sometimes. Overall, a great company to work at but management and benefits could be stronger.
