Fast-paced specialty medical office needs a full-time professional to greet the public, schedule and admit patients, direct incoming telephone calls, file and perform other administrative duties.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide clients and patients with welcoming, exceptional service
Greet and admit patients in accordance with client protocols;
Answer incoming telephone calls, take accurate messages and direct callers as appropriate;
Accurately enter data to check patients in/out;
Accurately enter patient charges;
File medical records and correspondence;
Assist in maintaining office supplies and printed forms inventory;
Perform other duties as requested.
Required: One year minimum front desk experience in a clinic or hospital
Excellent customer service and communication skills
High school graduate or equivalent (minimum)
Intermediate knowledge of PCs, word processing and data entry (10-key by touch)
Bilingual (a plus – not required)
Standing and multi-tasking are required.
