Customer Relations Representative, Elmsford, NY - November 4, 2015
The day goes by fast and productive from answering phones, emails completing reports. I have learned to prioritize what has to be completed at the moment, how to put myself in the customers place and empathize with their issues. The coworkers look out for each other we are a team. if one of us has completed a task we move on to help our group to stay on standard. The hardest part of the job would be saying no to the customers we have policies that have to be enforced. One of the most enjoyable aspects is the company barbecue, we join teams with other departments and have races, food, contests and there is always a theme to make it super fun.
