The best part of the position is the product line, it sells itself.
The low point of the position is overly manager client follow-ups, you become an annoyance to your clients.

No room for growth. Mangement is stagnant in current business practices. Company goals are unrealistic. Entire company ran by 1 HR representative, that is biased. no work life balance. does not match 401k and offer minimal benefits. departmental cliches. Owners of campany have their dogs running around the office all day. Employees are expected to clean the office. there's a lot of turnover.
