A typical day consists of meeting up at the office, finding out our move information, inspecting the trucks for maintenance as well as proper materials for the move(s), then going on our move. I learned so far, how to pack a truck full of furniture, as well as maneuver around houses, hallways, stairways, etc. with furniture. Management seems shady with how they do things like payroll. Depending on who I am doing a move with, my views on coworkers fluctuate; the majority of my coworkers are good guys, however, I don't like working with all of them because some are lazy, complain about every piece of furniture being heavy, show up late every day, want to take breaks every 5 minutes, don't communicate well when moving furniture, etc. The hardest part of the job is maneuvering with furniture. The most enjoyable part of the job is being able to move furniture for customers who are understandable and cooperative.
