You will perform high level one touch transactions with pre-selected banking customer’s identifying potential opportunities within the customers’ personal accounts. Job Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Account Manager you will make outbound calls to selected U.S. Bank customers, engaging them through needs based/consultative selling in a call center environment. You will determine and suggest products and services that best fit the customer’s needs.

Additional requirements of the Inside Sales Account Manager include:

  • Responding to calls in an outbound call center with high call volume and a focus on customer service and quality
  • Reviewing customers’ personal accounts to determine what banking products might be appropriate for customers
  • Recommending specific banking products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests
  • Answering customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms

Job Requirements

As an Inside Sales Account Manager you must be charismatic with a desire to succeed in sales while providing outstanding customer service. You must be available to work a second shift schedule which includes Monday through Friday 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Additional requirements of the Inside Sales Account Manager include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in a customer service/sales role in a service/retail industry
  • Effective selling, cross-selling and referral skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving, negotiation, and time management skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
