They interview you 1st with a webcam interview. Had I known this in the first place I would not have have even wasted my time applying. To me in order to get to know someone you need to interview them In person face to face. Sorry.

The culture and overall atmosphere was really good at my home store (as long as upper management wasn't there) but can differ greatly depending on location. The work environment at my store was really relaxed and friendly for the most part unless the store sales were poor that month. Some stores are really high traffic which makes things a lot more hectic. A lot of your experience really depends on your personality and what location you are in.
