Pros: benefits, quarterly bonuses, meeting new people
Cons: management, lack of ethics, poor views, constant changes, not enough hours, getting in trouble for working more than 20 hours a week.
I worked for the company for 3 years. At first it was great, management was wonderful and they really took the work/life balance seriously. The past year and a half, it was horrible. My time being there, we went thru over 5 managers, store and sales, and the employee turn over rate was ridiculous. Constantly short staffed. Most recent managers didn't – more... seem to care about the work/life balance--I was part time and my job required A LOT of time to get things completed, and I was only allowed 5 hours a day--I basically got fired for working too much, as I would come in early and stay late to get things completed. If it was like it was when I first started, I'd say this would be a great company to work for- Now, not so much. It's ALL about sales, and they will make sure you get them, even if they go about it in an unethical matter. I wasnt in sales, but would get very disappointed and disgusted at how management went about making sure they got the sale. Ex..Having customers cancel their current line and adding another one just to get a phone, not explaining the fine print on certain things, giving away items just to get sales, etc. VERY UNETHICAL. – less
