DEGREES: Min. Associates degree, preferable Bachelors degree
REPORTS TO: Supply Chain Manager

The position requires an in-depth knowledge and usage of MRP. The position will schedule production that impacts the following departments: Sales, Customer Service, three production facilities, Distribution, and Shipping.

Develop a production plan and create internal manufacturing orders that meets customer requirements while ensuring optimal efficiency and manage through completion.

Drive operation efficiency while meeting established inventory levels and customer service levels.

Schedule and direct production department to meet scheduled activities

Perform capacity analysis to identify opportunities to maximize on time delivery

Develop and recommend solutions to problems that may arise with production orders including expediting, quality, BOM accuracy, MRP issues, Forecasting issues, and drive complete resolution on all issues.

Manage raw material from re-order, delivery as well as inventory levels.

Plan distribution to warehouse as needed to meet demand.

Other duties as assigned or required.

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you must be a self-motivated team player who is able to easily adjust to the needs of a fast-paced company and have excellent interpersonal skills. It is also vital to your role as a Supply Chain Specialist that you have superior analytical and problem solving skills as well as solid time-management, organizational and multitasking skills.
