I will say this its not a bad job but they only work me 4 days a week and I feel like I'm being cheated out of an extra days pay. They brought back an employee with a history of call offset and no shows. I can only imagine the havoc thats going to bring if its one thing I despise its cleaning up someone else's mess. My first day I had to pull a 16 hour – more... double with a short turn less then 8 hours between shifts. Not the best way to start a job I'm hoping this hour situation well be resolved. Plus this looser of an employee is probably going to cause me grief. Security jobs are alright so long as they can weed out the bad apples there are a lot of those – less

Its an ok business to work for. They need to listen to the security guards that tell them what is going on in a site.

Overall good company just a few things need to be fixed sometimes strenious hours of work but it's security so u must be flexible on most occasions pay is pretty good for officers i have enjoyed working for ths company for the most part.

The obly rason this company gets such a low rating is because of lack of benefits and low pay.

As a Lead Security Guard, there is an opportunity to develop and train existing and new staff members to be professionals at their individual assignments.

Managers and some Supervisors tend to focus more discipline actions against Guards rather than developing them to become better Officers.

Responsibilities are to observe, deter and report any irregularities such as suspicious vehicles, forbidden content within vehicles, and unauthorized persons on the work site. Vehicle and pedestrian traffic must be regulated at access points to maintain orderly flow. All incidents and accidents are documented and reported to supervisory staff.

The actual site i am at is great but since there are very few officers working here they to step on us like little people not very good health Ins not so good Vacation plan but it's a job beggers shouldnt be choosy ive been under this company 7yrs now.

I truely love my job but, I don't see anymore growth. No raises or bonuses. I feel like I'm just STUCK there.

I liked working at the site I was at. I got too work with some plano officers in the area.

I enjoy working for Advance security/U.S. security. I have learned so very much while working here. I have learned to trust myself a whole lot more. My coworkers and I have a blast working witch makes the day go by so much better!!!

its a nice experience working with us security .meeting different people and show them the rules and guidelines that thy have to follow.

Really enjoyed my position, kept me busy and engaged daily wanted to receive more money and there was no other positons open so I left to start a new marriage and a business of my own
