This job started out fine. Long hours of training, but it was like being back in college instead of working. Then after training if they like you, you start getting teams. Now sometimes the kids are amazing and you have a great week, and sometimes the kids are terrible and your week is awful.
When you do have bad kids management doesn't help. They say they are there for you, but they aren't. It is a constant problem here.
They work you to death as well. So a typical 8 hour day can easily turn into a 16 hour day or longer. If you plan on working here in the summer don't plan anything else that summer. You won't have time.
If you are looking for just a summer job and you don't care about super long days and don't really care about how the company treats it's employees, then this job will probably be okay.
If you are looking for a career, then this place is not for you.
