This company has friendly executive staff, most of whom are stock holders. The downfall is the lack of communication between departments, and, consequently, the lack of organization. You may have to figure out for yourself what your job definition is, but if you do well you will be acknowledged for it. Personal agendas run rampant, and no matter how – more... faithful or dedicated you are to your job, beware! If you are in someone's way, they will demote or dispose of you without you even knowing that it's coming.
On the other hand, opportunities for advancement are available, and encouraged. Good training is hard to find, but if you are a self-starter and thinker, you will do well. They offer good benefits and a 401K plan for full-time staff. – less
