-lack of training, job became mundane, no room to put your own stamp on any
-For every 1 person over 40, there are 50 people fresh out of college-they dont value older employees..tenure as well as the knowledge has walked out the door.
I only lasted 1.5 years as well...seems that is the median

Lack of growth as after 1.5 years, there was nothing to learn and the monthly process has become mundane and boring.

I was a consultant in a team of 15 and established the procedure within 2 months for everyone to follow. I was the first to convert to full time and needed only 2 more to support me. After a year and a half, the learning curve flattened and there was no other opportunity within the firm.
